The Sarzin Yar was able to cater for citizens of all ages, tastes and interests. It became the first place in the city to feature a bicycle overpass, combining a separate lane system for bicycles and pedestrians. Near the springs there is a range of fitness equipment and an exercise area with soft rubber foam flooring, suitable for both young and old, regardless of their fitness level.
