十里江滨景观带是一条防洪堤绿化带，西起新河沿，东至衢州机场长约 4.7 公里，总面积约 26.3 万平米，新建建筑面积约 750 平米。十里江滨景观带是衢州主城区的一条滨水绿化带，这条绿化带的打造主旨在于为衢州创造蓝绿共融的城市空间，同时通过对场地空间的改造提升，场地文化的植入再次激发城市活力。 

本工程突破传统防洪堤模式，打造隐形防洪挡墙，在满足水利防洪闭合圈要求的前提下，形成灵动，流畅的堤线。以现有树木为骨架，通过整合空间，突出重点，贯通绿道，完善设施与智慧城市相结合，为衢州居民打造宜游、宜赏、宜行的生态城市公园。

The Ten Mile Riverside Landscape Belt is a green belt along the levee, about 4.7 kilometres long from Xinheyan in the west to Quzhou Airport in the east, with a total area of about 263,000 square metres and a new construction area of about 750 square metres. The Ten Mile Riverside Landscape Belt is a waterfront green belt in the main city of Quzhou, and the main purpose of this green belt is to create a blue-green urban space for Quzhou, and at the same time to stimulate the vitality of the city through the renovation and upgrading of the site space and implantation of the site culture. 

The project breaks through the traditional levee model to create an invisible flood prevention retaining wall, forming a dynamic and smooth levee line under the premise of meeting the requirements of the water conservancy flood prevention closed circle. Taking the existing trees as the skeleton, through integrating the space, highlighting the key points, linking up the greenway, improving the facilities and combining with the smart city, it creates an ecological city park for Quzhou residents that is suitable for touring, enjoying and travelling.
