项目位于骆驼街道中心地段的福业街，东起金华北路、西至西大河北路，总长约1公里，是集购物、餐饮、休闲、商务功能于一体的开放式街区。 

为进一步深化文明示范街区创建，福业街以“福业街•小确幸”为愿景，主要着眼街区功能设施、城市风貌提升、生活场景打造。利用街道景观元素，多维度置入ip，让文化融入街道，塑造具有骆驼特有气质的文化街道，打造市民生活的幸福之街、骆驼商业服务第一街与镇海休闲打卡地。建成后的福业街正在成为反映宁波城市精神的重要载体，打造宁波重要的形象展示窗口及区域转型引擎。

Located in the centre of Luomo Street, Fuye Street is an open block integrating shopping, catering, leisure and business functions, with a total length of about 1 kilometre from Jinhua North Road in the east to Xidaxihe North Road in the west.
