Hanzheng Street area in Wuhan is a typical high-density low plot ratio neighbourhood, with a complex network of housing roads, serious population centres, uneven distribution of population density, and high risk of emergencies in the area, while at the same time, there are clusters of functional areas for living in the centrally located areas, and many additional functions on the roads (e.g., vending, vehicular, pedestrian, etc.). Uneven utilisation of space. The spatial coordination of the neighbourhood to cope with risks is low. At the same time, through the research, the current situation of Hanzheng Street area is a serious lack of green space, the centralised area of the functional nodes squeeze green space, people's desire for green space is not satisfied, and the demand for human interaction space has not been well resolved. Based on the distributed concept, we use the principle of decentralisation to dismantle the original block functions, divide them into points, diffuse them and activate them, aiming to create a new type of interactive and synergetic street.
